26 July–4 August 2027 are the planned Stanprice tour dates. They should not be read as the official Panafest schedule. Specific festival events and access will be confirmed against announcements from the organisers.

Yes. The tour runs from 23 December 2026 to 3 January 2027, covering Christmas and New Year. Specific holiday celebrations and external events are subject to confirmation in your final itinerary.

Single occupancy is USD 3,999 for one person in one room. Double occupancy is USD 6,500 total for two people sharing one room, equivalent to USD 3,250 per person. These prices apply to the December 2026 launch and Panafest 2027 packages. Request a written quotation listing accommodation, meals, transfers, guided visits, entrance fees and any extras.

Registration / reservation is $200 per booking, non-refundable and included in the package total. Single occupancy: $200 reservation + $1,900 first deposit + $1,899 second deposit = $3,999. Double occupancy for two people sharing: $200 reservation + $3,200 first deposit + $3,100 second deposit = $6,500. All amounts are USD. Your written offer confirms payment deadlines and cancellation terms.

Enquiries from solo travellers, families and groups are welcome. Single and double occupancy prices are listed above. Children’s pricing, other room arrangements and group availability will be quoted individually.

The proposed programme includes walking at historical sites, road journeys and an optional activity discussion for Kakum. Tell us about mobility or accessibility needs so we can confirm what can be accommodated before booking.
